For advanced nursing practice to keep evolving in the Canadian healthcare landscape, it will need a critical core of leadership, who have a formal mechanism through which to share thoughts and ideas.  CAAPN will continue to exist as an identifiable entity that will continue to evolve and support reforms or work to identify best practices in advance nursing practice.

CAAPN is a formal Interest Group of the Canadian Nurses Association. The elements that make this interest group and this movement unique remain as vital as ever.  With our Provincial Partners, CAAPN is promoting "Sea-to-Sea APN Cohesion" in Canada!
